Unread Messages

This feature gives the information of all Unread Messages. The user of the application can find the Unread Message Icon from the team members/users/participant’s list window.  When the user is away from the application, or when he/she is in the chat window of ‘X’ member, and receives a message from ‘Y’ member, then the message received from later becomes an Unread one.

Check Unread Messages

• When a message turns Unread, the Unread Message Icon notifies the user with a small blue coloured circle in it. Now the user is supposed to click on the Unread Message Icon to check them.
• Click on the team member/user to check their Unread Messages.
• Once read, click on the Unread Message Icon again to go back to the original team members/users list.
