I’m an engineer and a friend of mine sent me a Facebook article about the HillTopper wind farm near Mt Pulaski, IL. The article (with 18,000 shares) claimed that the wind turbines there were being replaced because they has already worn out after 3.5 yrs of service. Well, that sounded like a rumor to me that someone didn’t get the facts. What can you find out about what service was done there, how many turbines were affected, which owners, and what was the reason.
