SupportHow to use Live Location Tracking feature in Troop Messenger?
Open the chat window of the user you want to raise a live location tracking request.
Click 
to find Live Location Tracking feature icon as directed by the arrow from the figure below.
A small pop-up layout(splash board) is opened.
Click on Live Tracking as directed by the arrow from the figure below.
Select any of the pre-defined timer options as directed by the arrow from the figure below.
Click Request to raise a live location tracking request from the recipient user as directed by the arrow from the figure below.
You shall wait for the recipient's acceptance.
Once the request to view the location has been accepted by the recipient, you will be able to view the live location updates.
Click View Icon to see the live location movements of the recipient user as directed by the arrow from the figure below.
Now you can view recepients Live Location updates.
How to use Live Location Tracking feature in Troop Messenger?
Open the chat window of the user you want to raise or share a live location tracking request.
Clickto find Live Location Tracking feature icon as directed by the arrow from the figure below.
A small pop-up layout(splash board) is opened.
Click on Track as directed by the arrow from the figure below.
A Request/Share Live Track pop-menu is opened as shown in the figure below.
Select either Request or Share as shown in the figure below.
Note: When you select Request, you are intended to View the recipient's live location updates. When you select Share, you are allowed to share your live location.
When you choose to Share your location, Select any of the pre-defined timer options as directed by the arrow from the figure below.
Click Start to share your location.
Your location has been shared to the recipient user.
