How to use Global Search – Search by de-activated/exited team members?

Step 1 :

On to the left side of the Troop Messenger home page, click as directed by the arrow as shown in the below figure.

A collapsible drop-down panel is opened.

Step 2 :

Clickto restrict your search to de-activated/exit list.

The De-activated/exit list icon turns red when its clicked and only the de-activated/exit list is opened, as shown in the figure below.

Step 3 :

Scroll the side bar or roll over the mouse on the left panel user window to see the all the Groups list.

Step 4 :

4: Click.

You are taken to the top of the list.

Step 5 :

Clickto come out of the global search.
