How to send an Audio Message?

Step 1 :

Open the chat window of the user to send an Audio- message.

Step 2 :

Click as directed by the arrow as shown in the figure below.

A ‘Select Device’ dialogue-box is opened.

Step 3 :

Choose from the options of ‘Default’, or ‘Built-in Microphone’.

Step 4 :

Click Select

Audio-Messaging is enabled.

Step 5 :

Record your voice

Step 6 :

Click on to stop recording.

Step 7 :

Click to preview your audio-message

You can listen to the audio-message before you send it to the recipient.

Note: Click Cancel button in case if you don’t wish to send the audio-message.

Step 8 :

Click Send

Your audio-message is successfully delivered to the recipient.
