SupportHow to reply to a chat message?
Note : Each and every chat message can be replied back with the message encapsulated to it.
On the user chat window, hover your mouse on the sent or received chat message, Click 
as directed by the arrow as shown from the figure below.
A collapsible drop-down menu is opened.
Select 
as directed by the arrow from the below figure.
The message which you have selected to send a reply for, has been encapsulated.
Type your reply in the chat type area as shown from the figure below.
Note1:
- When a replied has been made to the received chat message, you can find the sender's name in the encapsulated message, as directed by the arrow from the below figure:
Note2:
When a sent chat message is being replied, the message gets encapsulated with the denotation "Me", as shown in the figure below.
Click 
as directed by the arrow from the figure below.
Your reply has been sent.
How to reply to a chat message?
Note: Each and every chat message can be replied back with the message encapsulated to it.
On the user chat window, long press on the sent or received chat message.
A message selection-copy window is opened, as shown below.
Click 
as directed by the arrow as shown in the figure below.
The message which you have selected to send a reply for, has been encapsulated.
Type your reply in the chat type area as shown from the figure below.
Note1: When a reply has been made to the received chat message, you can find the sender's name in the encapsulated message, as directed by the arrow from figure below:
Note2: When a sent chat message is being replied, the message gets encapsulated with the denotation "Me", as shown in the figure below.

Your reply has been sent.
