Note: The Recall action can be performed only on the sent messages within a timeline of ten minutes. Once the sent message time exceeds ten minutes, the recall action is not available to the sender in the drop-down arrow icon.
On the user chat window, hover your mouse on the sent chat message, Click as directed by the arrow as shown from the below figure.
A collapsible drop-down menu is opened.
Select as directed by the arrow from the below figure.
A message selection- recall window is opened, as shown below.
Note: Only the most recently sent messages can be selected to recall.
Click Recall, as directed by arrow from the below figure.
A confirmation dialogue box is opened.
Click Yes to Confirm as directed from the below figure.
Your message has been successfully recalled. Please refer to the below image.
