Note: You can only find the Quick Response Panel on the UI of Troop Messenger when you enable it from your personal settings. This panel stores the last 30 URLs, text files, images, videos, contacts, code snippets, canned and recent messages of your conversations chat area.
To instantly share the recent text files:
Click Text Files as indicated by the arrow as shown in the figure below.
The Quick Response Panel opens. Find the last 30 text files that were shared by you or to you across the application.
Select the file as indicated by the arrow from the figure below.
The selected file has been shared with the recipient successfully.
To instantly share the recent images and videos:
Click Images and Videos as indicated by the arrow as shown in the figure below.
The Quick Response Panel opens. Find the last 30 Images and Videos that were shared by you or to you across the application.
Select the image or video as indicated by the arrow from the figure below.
The selected image or video has been shared with the recipient successfully.
To instantly share the URLs:
Click URLs as indicated by the arrow as shown in the figure below.
The Quick Response Panel opens. Find the last 30 URLs that were shared by you or to you across the application.
Scroll down the sidebar to find all the URLs that were stored.
Select the URL as indicated by the arrow from the figure below.
The selected URL has been shared with the recipient successfully.
To instantly share Contacts:
Click Contacts as indicated by the arrow as shown in the figure below.
The Quick Response Panel opens. Find the last 30 contacts that were shared by you or to you across the application.
Select the contact as indicated by the arrow from the figure below.
The selected contact has been shared with the recipient successfully.
To instantly share code snippets:
Click Code snippet as indicated by the arrow as shown in the figure below.
The Quick Response Panel opens. Find the last 30 code snippets that were shared by you or to you across the application.
Select the contact snippet as indicated by the arrow from the figure below.
The selected code snippet has been shared with the recipient successfully.
