How to Filter out Favorite Contacts?

Click on the Favourite users - Star symbol as directed by the arrow from the figure below.

A view favourites page is opened.

Select your favourite contact from the team members/users list as shown in the figure below.

The selected users chat window gets opened. Now you can start conversation with your favourite contacts.

Note: Click on the red colored star symbol to go back to your chat window.
