How to Enable/Disable QRP from the upward arrow icon?

Step 1 :

Click the upward arrow as indicated by the arrow in the figure below.

Step 2 :

Click Settings as indicated by the arrow from the figure below.

The Quick Response Panel Settings page opens.

Step 3 :

Toggle the button as indicated by the arrow in the figure below.
