SupportHow to copy a message?
On the user chat window, hover your mouse on the sent or received chat message, Click 
as directed by the arrow as shown from the figure below.
A collapsible drop-down menu is opened.
Select 
as directed by the arrow from the below figure.
A message selection-copy window is opened, as shown below.
Select the check boxes of the messages,which have to be copied.
Click Copy, as directed by the arrow from the figure below.
The selected messages are copied.
Note:
To paste the copied messages:
- Right click your mouse on the chat type area and see the paste Icon.
- Perform keyboard shortcut CTRL+V on the chat type area.
Click

Your copied messages get pasted.

Type Ctrl+V

The copied messages has been sent to the recipient.
How to copy a message?
On the user chat window, long press on the sent or received chat message.
A message selection-copy window is opened, as shown below.
Select the check boxes of the messages, which have to be copied.
Click

You will be taken to the collapsible pop-up menu as shown in the below figure

The selected messages are copied.
Note: To paste the copied messages:
Click on the chat type area and see the paste Icon.
